Món Gỏi Cuốn là món ăn truyền thống Việt Nam. Món ăn Việt này bao gồm tôm, thịt heo, rau, thảo mộc, bún. Tất cả chúng được gói lại bằng bánh tráng.
Fresh spring roll (also known as Goi Cuon) is a Vietnamese traditional dish. Vietnamese food consists of shrimp, pork, vegetables, herbs, rice vermicelli (Bún). All of them are wrapped in rice paper (Banh Trang).
Một số người tin rằng món Gỏi cuốn Việt có nguồn gốc từ Trung Quốc vì hình dáng của chúng tương tự như những món cuốn Trung Hoa hoặc bánh quy cuộn Trung Hoa. Tuy nhiên, hầu hết người dân Việt Nam tin rằng nguồn gốc của món Gỏi cuốn này là từ Việt Nam.
Some believe that Vietnamese fresh rolls originated from China because their shapes are similar to Chinese spring rolls or Chinese biscuit rolls. However, most Vietnamese people believe the origins of Vietnamese fresh rolls are from Vietnam.
Gỏi cuốn thường được phục vụ với một loại nước chấm đặc biệt - nước mắm - và tỏi, chanh, ớt , lạc rang giã nhỏ. Sự kết hợp của các loại thảo mộc, thịt lợn, tôm và nước chấm mặn mà, chua cay làm cho món Gỏi cuốn tuyệt vời.
Vietnamese fresh spring roll is often served with a kind of special dipping sauce – fish sauce (nuoc nam) -and garlic, limes, chili, crushed roasted peanuts. The combination of herbs, pork, shrimp, and the salty, hot, and sour dipping sauce makes the Vietnamese fresh spring roll wonderfully unique.
