Sau khi hình thành trên Biển Nam Trung Hoa, hay còn gọi là Biển Đông ở nước ta, đợt áp thấp nhiệt đới mới nhất có khả năng mạnh lên thành bão khi đổ bộ vào các tỉnh miền Trung Việt Nam, gây nguy cơ lũ quét, sạt lở đất và ngập úng ở một vài nơi.
After having formed in the South China Sea, also known as the East Sea in the country, the latest tropical depression is likely to grow into a storm as it makes landfall in Vietnamese central provinces, posing a risk of flash floods, landslides, and inundation in some areas.
