Vaccine developer Novavax Inc, said on September 10 at least 2 billion doses of its COVID-19 vaccine would be provided next year. Earlier in June, in a late-stage U.S.-based clinical trial, the vaccine showed it provided 100% protection against moderate and severe cases of COVID-19.
