Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng Thủy văn Quốc gia cho biết dự báo trong một vài ngày tới, Việt Nam sẽ có mưa lớn do một đợt không khí lạnh xuất hiện cùng lúc với một vùng áp thấp hiện đang ở Philippines sắp mạnh lên thành rãnh hoặc xoáy thuận khi di chuyển về phía Nam Trung Hoa (Biển Đông Việt Nam).
In the next few days, Vietnam is expected to see heavy rains due to a cold front that works in tandem with a low-pressure area currently located in the Philippines that is about to strengthen into a trough or a cyclone as traveling toward the South China Sea ( East Sea in Vietnam), the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting said.
Vào sáng hôm qua, áp thấp nhiệt đới đã cách miền Nam Philippines 500 km về phía đông. Dự báo đợt áp thấp này sẽ đi vào biển Đông Việt Nam trong ngày 6-7 / 10 và phát triển thành rãnh áp thấp, thậm chí là xoáy thuận trong những ngày tới.
Yesterday morning, the low-pressure was reported to have been 500 kilometers eastward away from the southern Philippines. It was forecast to enter the East Vietnam Sea on October 6-7 and develop into a trough, or even a cyclone in the next days.
