Human beings have many troubles needing to be solved in life. One possible solution to these problems is to change than trying to shirk it and remain everything unchangingly. Such a measure has its own advantages and disadvantages. 


It is clear that modifying has some noteworthy positive effects. One of the first benefits of such a measure is that varying helps people to be able to adjust to difficulties and more easily find the way to overcome barriers in life. This would mean that people will be more mature, stronger and increase the ability of withstanding sudden upheavals, which assists persons gradually perfect themselves.  Another benefit would be that altering will aid everyone to get out of his or her weak-points and be ready to acquire progressive outlook. By that way, individuals have chance to repair their shortcomings as well as promptly get success in life.


Nevertheless, there are drawbacks to such a solution in some special circumstances. First and foremost, this might make someone easily change his or her nature and specific characteristics in community. Many people in society; therefore, would easily be each other’s copies, leading the life would lack of individual diversity and becoming more monotonous and hoary.
