Tại Tuần lễ Năng lượng Quốc tế Singapore, người đứng đầu Cơ quan Năng lượng Quốc tế, ông Fatih Birol cho biết tiêu thụ dầu dự kiến sẽ tăng 1,7 triệu thùng / ngày vào năm 2023 nên trên thực tế, thế giới vẫn cần dầu của Nga.
At the Singapore International Energy Week, the head of the International Energy Agency, Fatih Birol said oil consumption is expected to rise by 1.7 million bpd in 2023 so the world in fact still needs Russian oil.
